Best roast beef in Portland Went here after some bar hopping, got a Buffalo small sandwich, and Beast Style fries - was enough to share for 3 people. The Buffalo sandwich had minimal sauce and mustard seeds - delicious!!! Staff is friendly and service is fast.
The beast style fries were so hearty and appetizing . The Boston style sandwich was aromatic and mouthwatering. Their signature garlic sauce was the star of the show. The service was wonderful. They were the nicest most welcoming people 10/10 recommend
Omg! This is a melt in your mouth deliciousness!!!! I was greeted instantly by staff . A huge smile and great interaction during the whole ordering process . We ordered the Cheesy ( roastbeef in a cheese sauce), garlic fries, and Maine root beer . I highly recommend swinging into this Lil authentic, real , flavor explosion in your mouth place on Congress Street , Portland Maine !!!

Second time trying Roasty’s. I love this place. The staff are all so nice and chill and easy going. The sandwiches are so delicious. I love the shoestring fries. The cookie is out of this world. My boyfriend and I dream about this place. I can’t wait to go back.
Wow, has this place blown up yet? I've walked by quite a few times, but hadn't gone inside until some friends suggested we try it. Let me say, I am definitely going back! Expect Portland prices, , BUT! You get huge portions. I got the Buffalo, and man, they were not kidding. It is perfectly cooked meat. I split the incredibly perfect shoestring fries and sandwich with my partner, and I admit, it was hard to stop at only half. I'd show you a photo of my food, but I ate it too fast to share!
We are visiting Maine and we had lunch at Roasty's. It was our first time there and it was fabulous. We had the french dip and the roast beef was it melting your mouth good! We really enjoyed the employees too.
What are the best roast beef sandwiches I’ve ever had. The meat is so tender and juicy and just delicious. The fries are also wonderful! Highly recommended.
